I think I’m going to piss some people off. A couple of years ago I got this idea for a book. A novel. It was great. In it a woman has her life turned upside down, does something completely out of character, goes off and has adventures, and builds herself a completely new life. During [...] Okay, I gave you the rundown on the first birthday weekend and into the week. Just when I thought the celebrations were done, and it was going to be a downward slide to next year (51…what’s the fun in that?), there was a family BBQ at my brother and sister-in-law’s house.
